The existentialists have claimed that loneliness is an integral part of human existence

I am lonely, but not at all in a depressing way, rather in a fulfilling way because I have accepted the existentialist dogma on the matter and am one step closer to understanding who I am.

You are only lonely because you accept a reality in which you are lonely.

All humans individually create humanity at every moment through their free acts. That is the fundamental tenet of existentialism.

Or, as Obi-Wan Kenobi put it, "Your focus determines your reality."

But I've always been fond of the accuracy of Sartre's.

There's nothing to understand about you. You're a 5 year old trapped in the body of a 50 year old.
