    I haven't seen a gangster since Nicky Scarfo was manipulating the union. I wish times like that would return. The union was a lot stronger back then.

    They've done that a few times. It's a ploy. Make the guy a supervisor for seven or eight months, get him out of the union and then flat out fire him. I've also had supervisors hired from outside who didn't even get a GED, let alone graduate high school.
