    I'll be on here lurking during breaks. Any tips on making it so that I can sleep for eight hours from 8am to 4pm every day? I'm trying my best to stay up very late and crash, but I can never do it consistently.

    nyquil works wonders, but i don't recommend it obviously
    zzzquil is great too, but i've heard people grow a tolerance to it.
    there's also some teas that are good for sleep, someone posted some on the boards iirc

    Zzzzquil is just benadryl - you're better off buying generic (diphenhydramine), because with the zzzquil, you're just paying for the name and the pretty color.

    I usually only sleep about 6 hours anyway, and I don't go to bed right away - anywhere from 11 to one, depending on what I've got to do. Stop and think about it - when you work a day job, you don't go to bed as soon as you get home.

    Blackout shades and some kind of white noise help.
